  10. A variety of great restaurants and shopping are available and comparatively inexpensive.
  11. There are many recreational activities to keep you busy.
  12. The possibilities of a hobby or part time business exists just in case you find yourself running short of money or getting bored.
  13. Beautiful idyllic scenery, nestled in between the mountains and the sea.
  14. No property taxes.
  15. The town is large enough to be interesting but not so big to lose it’s small town charm.
  16. Very little pollution with clean mountain air.
  17. Lots of fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, and fish restocked daily at the wet market.
  18. Beaches and golfing are available any time you like.
  19. The location makes it a good hub for traveling to Malaysia, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodian and Indo-Asia. 
  20. Shorts, t-shirts and sun dresses are the normal attire.
  21. In Hua Hin – life is good!
